For most purchases we require:

• Government-issued ID (passport or BI for Angolan citizens)
• Proof of address
• Tax number (NIF) where applicable
• Signed purchase reservation or sale contract
• Original property title or land registry extract

For international buyers we offer support to obtain local tax identification and to appoint a legal representative.
